Convention & Hotel Registration
Presidents, athletics directors, assistant and associate athletics directors, faculty athletics representatives, conference commissioners and campus character representatives are required to register for the convention. The registration fee includes access to general sessions and workshops and meals such as the NAIA Luncheon, Devotional Huddle and Awards Banquet. The fee also covers special events and registration materials. The guest fee is available to those who would like to bring their spouses to the banquets and special events.
Registration fees for the 2016 NAIA National Convention are:
• Convention Fee: $425, $100 for guests

The group rate is $145 a night. You may also call (816) 841-1000 to make reservations and mention the NAIA National Convention to receive the group rate.
The Sheraton is sold out the night of the 14th. The Westin across the street has a room block for the night of the 14th for the group rate. To make reservations for this date, call (888) 627-8538, and reference NAIA Annual Conference.
Registration after March 24, 2016 will be $450
Requests for refunds will be considered on the following basis:
Requests received through March 24, 2016 will be refunded $400
Requests received March 24 – April 14, 2016 will be refunded $200
After April 14, 2016, no refund requests will be considered
**Pease note once a payment method is selected, the NAIA Institution is responsible for the Convention payment or any cancellation charges.**
