KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Ryan Williams of Midland (Neb.) has been named the NAIA Division II Men’s Basketball National Player of the Week, the national office announced Tuesday. Williams was chosen for his performances from November 20 – 26 and was a selected out of a pool of conference award winners.

• Williams played a key role in a 3-0 week for Midland (Neb.) that included wins over then-No. 10 Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.) and then-No. 4 Bellevue (Neb.).
• Weekly Stats
o 22.7 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists per
o Finished the week 28-for-47 from the field (59.6 percent), including a 52.9 percent (9-for-17) success rate from beyond the arc.
