Important Notes:

Lodging – All teams will be housed at the Westin Crown Center Hotel and are required to stay at this headquarter hotel. Housing forms can be found in the links beneath Travel & Lodging. Forms must be submitted to the Westin Crown Center Hotel by Thursday, March 8th. Each team may reserve up to 12 rooms at the team rate (we will try to accommodate rooms if available).

Lineup Card & Ejection Disclosure Form – Please bring completed forms to the 1:00 p.m. coaches meeting on Tuesday, March 13.

Practice Schedules - Practice time requests for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - Contact Lori Thomas at 913.449.3216 or via email to reserve a practice time/site.
