2013 NAIA Women’s Tennis All-Americans Announced

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2013 NAIA Women’s Tennis All-Americans. Players were selected by the All-America committee. The list of honorees includes 16 student-athletes on each of the first and second teams, plus 16 honorable mentions.

Auburn Montgomery (Ala.), Brenau (Ga.), Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) and Xavier (La.) led all schools with three All-Americans apiece. Auburn Montgomery’s Jade Curtis was named Marvin P. Richmond Outstanding player following Saturday’s Title match, and she lead the Warhawks trio of All-Americans.

Curtis and teammate Tiffany William are the only returners from last year’s first team All-Americans.

There were 11 juniors, eight sophomores, seven freshman and six seniors named to the All-American Teams.
