KANSAS CITY, Mo. –Andrea Vega of Olivet Nazarene (Ill.) was named the NAIA women’s swimmer/diver of the month, announced the national office on Thursday.

- Vega has collected 22 top five finishes to start the season off. Fifteen of those top five finishes were first-place finishes.
- Helped her team to two first-place finishes at the Toby Tiger Invite and against St. Ambrose (Iowa).
- Vega holds times that land in the top five of the latest top times report in the 50 free-style, 100 free-style, 100 breast-stroke, 200 breast-stroke, 200 IM and 400 IM. For more on top times CLICK HERE
