LA GRANDE, Ore.- PGA Tour veteran, former NCAA Champion and Eugene, Ore. native, Casey Martin will be the guest speaker at the “Champions Breakfast” Sunday May 12th at 7:30 a.m. at the Red Lion Hotel in Salem, Ore. The Breakfast is sponsored by The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) in conjunction with the 2013 NAIA Men’s Golf National Championships May 14-17 hosted by the Cascade Collegiate Conference and Corban University. The tournament will be held at Creekside Golf Course.
Martin, in his seventh season as the University of Oregon’s Head Golf Coach, has transformed the Ducks into a national golf power and guided the team to four NCAA Championship appearances the last five seasons. Martin began playing professionally, in 1998, earned his PGA Tour Card in 2000 and recorded five top 50 finishes.
The event is free to NAIA players and coaches involved in the tournament and a limited number of tickets are available to the general public.
