DakStats

The NAIA requires all member schools to submit their individual and team statistics for football, volleyball, men's & women's soccer, men's and women's basketball, baseball and softball. This stat submission is done via the Web-Sync process.
DakStats Software:  What is it? |  Download software (school will get invoiced by NAIA) | Technical supportContact information

DakStats Annual Fees
- Football: $100
- Volleyball: $100
- Soccer (M&W): $100
- Basketball (M&W): $100
- Baseball/Softball: $100
Note - The NAIA statistical software invoices will be emailed (sent to SID & Athletic Director) by Oct. 1 from the NAIA National Office

Web-Sync — The Web-Sync service allows NAIA members the ability to compile national statistical leaders and game-by-game statistics. Anyone can immediately view team and individual stats on a website dedicated to the NAIA.
How to Web-Sync/Trouble-Shooting Guide

Tutorials -- DakStats' YouTube channel includes tutorials on keeping in-game statistics for baseball/softball, basketball, football and volleyball. The DakStats YouTube channel can be found by clicking HERE.

Past Season Policy - Starting with the opening of the 2015-16 season, institutions needing to open a past season in DakStats will incur a $75 programming fee for each instance a request is made. All past-season statistical corrections require NAIA national office approval. Payment will be made directly to Daktronics through an online payment portal, by clicking HERE. Once payment is received and approval granted by the national office, the DakStats support team will begin the editing process.

No payment will be required for non-institutional oversight errors. For example, forfeits due to an ineligible student-athlete that occur after the closure of the sport season are not considered oversight errors.

NAIA SIDHelp

The NAIA's SIDHelp website where adminstrators and coaches report scores, fill out preseason questionnaires and nominate Players of the Week. If your conference or school uses SIDHelp, you need to report scores first on those websites before the national SIDHelp website.

Statistician Manuals / Playing Rules

The NAIA adheres to the scoring policies and playing rules of the NCAA, with a few exceptions. CLICK HERE for sport-specific rule books.

Research Policy & Fees
The NAIA National Office and the Sports Information Department reserve the right to charge a research fee on any requests.

A nominal fee of $25 / hour may be charged or a fee decided at the discretion of a staff member. Length of time to complete the request, time of the year and order received will be considered. Staff will prioritize all requests, especially during peak times. The fee may be waived for current NAIA member institutions. Once the research is completed an email invoice will be sent.

For an estimate, email all the details of the research to Chad Waller at cwaller@naia.org
