NAIA Administrative Mentorship Program
The Gender Equity Committee (GEC) has developed the NAIA Administrative Mentoring Program to allow experienced administration to share their knowledge and talents with fellow administrators in the NAIA community. The GEC hopes to present mentees with an opportunity for career and personal growth while offering mentors an outlet through which to provide guidance.
