WHO REGISTERS
Presidents, athletics directors, assistant and associate athletics directors, faculty athletics representatives, conference commissioners and campus character representatives are required to register for the convention. The registration fee includes access to general sessions and workshops and meals such as the NAIA Luncheon, Fellowship Breakfast and Awards Banquet. The fee also covers special events and registration materials. The guest fee is available to those who would like to bring their spouses to the banquets and special events.
Registration fees for the 2013 NAIA National Convention are:
• Convention Fee: $350, $75 for guests
• After March 18, the fee is $375 and $75 for guests

The convention rate of $140 at the Sheraton Crown Center Hotel and Westin overflow are NOT guaranteed after the March 18 deadline.
Hotel reservations can now be made for the NAIA National Convention. Follow this link to make hotel reservations. The convention rate at the Sheraton Kansas City Crown Center hotel is $140 a night. The Sheraton Kansas City Crown Center hotel is sold out the night of April 18. The Westin Crown Center across from the Sheraton is taking reservations for the night of April 18. The rate of $140 is extended at the Westin Crown Center.
Convention Refund policy:
Request for refunds will be considered on the following basis:
Requests for refunds received through March 18, 2013 will be refunded $325
Requests received March 18-April 19, 2013 will be refunded $150
On and after April 19, no refund requests will be considered.
