NAIA Extends Partnership with Rawlings Sporting Goods

Kansas City, Mo. — The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has expanded its long standing partnership with Rawlings Sporting Goods as the official baseball and football equipment supplier and official team apparel provider for NAIA basketball, baseball, football and softball.
 
“The NAIA is pleased to expand its relationship with Rawlings and Worth,” said Jim Carr, NAIA President and CEO. “The NAIA-Rawlings partnership has been a great one for years, and we are excited to expand this partnership into equipment and apparel.”
 
Under the expansion of this partnership, Rawlings will now offer a market code of “NAIA” to NAIA membership, which will lead to special pricing on all gloves, bats, bags and protective equipment and team apparel for baseball, basketball, football and softball.To receive the discounted pricing, the code must be used when placing all orders. “The extended partnership will enhance our long standing relationship,” said Mike Thompson, Rawlings Executive Vice President of Marketing. “Being able to provide high-quality produce and special pricing to the schools will help them save money and allow them to reinvest their programs.”
 
In addition, Rawlings will sponsor the NAIA baseball World Series outstanding pitcher and hitter award. Worth will also sponsor the NAIA softball World Series outstanding pitcher and hitter award.
