2015 NAIA Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week – No. 3

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kellian Hunt (pictured far left) of Biola (Calif.) has been named the NAIA Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week, the national office announced Wednesday. Hunt was selected out of a pool of conference/Association of Independent Institutions award winners.

  • led No. 6 Biola to a third-place finish, out of 20 teams, at The Master’s College Mustang Challenge. The Eagles placed higher than any other non-NCAA Division I team.
  • Finished fourth individually in the 225 athlete race with a 5k time of 17:31.
  • Her time is a new season-best time.
  • This is her first career Runner of the Week award.
