NAIA Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week - No. 7

KANSAS CITY, MO. - Nic Maszk of Eastern Oregon has been named the NAIA National Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the national office announced Wednesday. Maszk was selected for his performance on Oct. 15 and was selected out of a pool of conference/association of independent institutions award winners.

  • Finished fourth out of 84 total runners at the Inland Empire on Oct. 15.
  • Recorded a time of 24:30 on the 8-kilometer course and finished third out of the non-NCAA DI schools.
  • Posted his fastest career 8K time, shattering his old-record by 22.9 seconds.
