ADA Accessible Seating
The Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri is dedicated to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience to all patrons including services and seating for those who may need assistance. Municipal Auditorium is compliant with all ADA regulations with seating available on the 100 level of the facility.
The NAIA has a strict No Alcohol Policy. Therefore alcoholic beverages and/or tobacco products will NOT be sold nor allowed into the facility for the entire duration of the 2017 Division I Men's Basketball National Championship.
Cameras & Recorders Policy
Personal cameras are allowed into the Championship. Please feel free to capture the action and all of the exciting moments of the Championship. In doing so, the flash function on the camera must be turned off as flash photography is NOT permitted. Also, fans are NOT allowed to record, film and/or live stream any of the basketball action on their own.
Championship Dates & LocationThe 2017 Division I Men's Basketball National Championship will take place on Wednesday, March 15th through Tuesday, March 21st, 2017. The Tournament will be held at the historic Municipal Auditorium located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri.

Exit & Re-EntryWithout having the sessions format for our Tournament, fans will now be able to enjoy the full day of scheduled games for which the Single Day Pass ticket was purchased. With this ticket, fans are allowed to exit the facility and re-enter the venue. A valid ticket or ticket stub must be presented for re-entry.

Outside Food & Beverage PolicyFans are NOT allowed to bring any outside food or beverage items inside Municipal Auditorium other than those items served by Aramark, the official concessionaire for the Championship. We ask that fans either leave these items inside their vehicles or dispose of them before entering the venue. The only exceptions are food and beverage items for infants two years of age or younger.
Parking InformationThe Cathedral Parking garage, located one (1) block west of the Municipal Auditorium will be made available for fan parking. The price for entry into the garage is set at $10. Street parking will be available as well and will be on a first come first serve basis.
Participating Teams & Info (2017)
The 32-team field will be selected and released in early March 2017.
Smoking PolicyThe NAIA and Municipal Auditorium adheres to a smoke free and tobacco free policy. Therefore, NO smoking or other use of tobacco products (including, but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, or chewing tobacco) is permitted in any part of Municipal Auditorium for the duration of the National Championship.
Television/MediaAll 31 games of the Division I Men's Basketball National Championship will be streamed online on the NAIA Network. The championship game, which is scheduled for Tuesday, March 21st at 7 p.m. will be broadcast live on ESPN3.
Ticketing InformationThe NAIA will no longer be using the "Sessions" format for the National Championship. Now, fans will be able to purchase "Single Day Passes" that will allow the purchaser to enjoy the full day of scheduled games for which the ticket was purchased. All kids who are 5 years of age and younger do NOT need a ticket for entry into the Championship. They will receive free admission.
