2018 NAIA Football Players of the Week — Week 10

Football - Rocky Mountain College (Mont.)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Jacob Bakken of Rocky Mountain (Mont.) has been named the NAIA National Football Offensive Player of the Week, Seth Majerus of Doane (Neb.) has been named the NAIA National Football Defensive Player of the Week and Kyle Mitchell of College of Idaho has been named the NAIA National Football Special Teams Player of the Week, the national office announced Monday. The three student-athletes were nominated for their performances during the week of Oct. 29 – Nov. 4 and were selected out of a pool of conference award winners.

  • Hit game-winning, 45-yard field goal in upset over then-No. 20 Montana Western
  • Weekly Stats:
    • Game-winning field goal
    • Set new College of Idaho record with 45-yarder

 

Defensive Player of the Week

Seth Majerus, Doane (Neb.)

  • Recorded a pick-six on the first play of the game against Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.)
