KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Cameron Hunt of Southwestern (Kan.) has been named the NAIA National Men's Basketball Div II Player of the Week, the national office announced Tuesday. Hunt was selected over a pool of nominated players based on his play from Nov. 26-Dec. 2.

- In a week where Southwestern had four games in six days, Cameron Hunt responded with two 40-point games, going for 41 in a home win over No. 3 York (Neb.) and then 44 on the road at McPherson (Kan.) – helping lead the Moundbuilders from 15 points down to win 91-87. Hunt also had at least five assists in all three games he played in this week. He is currently tied for first for the nation's leading scorer.
