KANSAS CITY, MO. - Melissa Eldredge of Oklahoma City has been named the NAIA National Women's Golf Golfer of the Week, the National office announced Wednesday.

Melissa Eldredge beat out 50 golfers on Saturday to win the Sooner Athletic Conference Championship

  • Eldredge hit nine birdies including five on Saturday
  • She posted a score of 71-71-142
  • Rallied from a two-stroke deficit to win the tournament by one
