“Our thoughts continue to rest with the people of Oklahoma as they continue to rebuild,” said NAIA-BCA President and Fisher College (Mass.) head coach Scott Dulin. “Providing baseball equipment will allow the kids and league (MYBA) to regain a piece of normalcy in a time of trouble. Any assistance is helpful.”
The NAIA-BCA plans to send gloves, bats, bags, balls and other equipment to the MYBA in order to help the association’s nearly 150 teams in a small piece of the rebuilding effort.
The Moore Youth Baseball Association is a non-profit baseball league, whose purpose is to provide a safe environment for the youth of the Moore, Okla., community. It also places a strong emphasis on the development of character and sportsmanship. The association currently works with children ranging from ages 4-14.
