A single team is selected for each of the 23 National Championships Sports. Institutions may nominate their teams using the online form below by the season's deadline. The Coaches Association Officers select the winner prior to each National Championship.
Criteria:
Documented display of exemplary character and sportsmanship on the field, on campus, and in the community, including outreach presentations of the Five Core Values.
You will receive a copy of your online nomination form by email as confirmation.
