KANSAS CITY, Mo. – JB Eksteen of Lee (Tenn.) has been named the first NAIA National Men’s Golfer of the Week for the 2012 spring season, the national office announced Wednesday. Eksteen was selected based on his performances from March 12 – 18 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/independent/unaffiliated group golfer of the week selections.

The junior native of Paarl, South Africa, carded a 67-67–134 at the two day event, earning him medalist honors for the then fifth-ranked Flames.
