POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2009-10 Division II Men's Basketball All-America teams. Players are selected by the All-America committee. Steve Briggs from Oklahoma Wesleyan was named the State Farm/NAIA National Player of the Year after leading his team back to the national semifinals and averaging over 21 points per game. Briggs and Nathan Menefee (Evergreen State) are the lone repeat members of the first team.
