2016 NAIA Women’s Golfer of the Week – No. 6 (April 27)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Constanze Sieker of Cumberlands (Ky.) has been named the NAIA National Women’s Golfer of the Week, the national office announced Wednesday. Sieker was selected based on her performances from April 18-24 and was chosen out of a pool of conference, Association of Independent Institutions and unaffiliated group winners.

• Shot a three-day total of 222 (71, 75, 76) at the Mid-South Conference (MSC) Championship in Campbellsville, Ky., May 18-20.
• Placed first out of 40 athletes, shooting just two shots under second-place finisher Anna-Marie Hyatt of Campbellsville (Ky.) (224).
• Helped team to a MSC tournament championship with a 46-over-par, 910. With the win, Patriots clinched an automatic berth to the national championship in May.
• This is her first career player of the week honor.
