KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Prichard Sibanda of Briar Cliff (Iowa) has been named the NAIA National Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Dusan Djordjev of Oklahoma Wesleyan has been named the NAIA National Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, the National office announced Tuesday. Sibanda and Djordjev were selected based on their performances from Sept. 4 – 10, and were chosen out of a pool of conference, independent and unaffiliated group winners.
Offensive Player of the Week
Prichard Sibanda, Briar Cliff (Iowa)
5-9, Sr., F, Buenos Liverpool, England
- Scored five goals in Briar Cliff's 6-2 victory over Avila (Mo.), in which the other goal came off an assist from Sibanda as well.

- Only seven shots taken
- 11 total points in one game
Defensive Player of the Week
Dusan Djordjev, Oklahoma Wesleyan
5-10, Jr., GK, Pancevo, Serbia
- In his two games, Djordjev racked up six saves to help his team secure a win over Hastings, who was ranked No. 1 at the time
