2019 NAIA Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week No. 1 (Feb. 26)

NAIA - Men's Lacrosse - Jake Padden - Reinhardt (Ga.)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Cole Gingell of Madonna (Mich.) was named as the NAIA men’s lacrosse offensive player of the week and Jake Padden of Reinhardt (Ga.) was named as the NAIA men’s lacrosse defensive player of the week. The duo was chosen out of a pool of conference and group winners.

  • Gingell led his team to an undefeated week with wins over Point (Ga.) and No. 7 Keiser (Fla.)

    • Totaled 11 assists, 5.5 average
    • Totaled 22 shots with 16 on goal

Defensive Player of the Week
Jake Padden, Reinhardt
6-3, SR, G, Braselton, Ga.   

  • Padden held No. 6 SCAD Savannah (Ga.) to five goals in the teams win last week.

    • Save percentage of 0.643
