Congratulations on a successful season! Once your team qualifies for the 2024 NAIA Football Championship Series, please see below for some helpful information for the FCS and the Championship Game.
We are here to partner with you and your school in the publicity efforts. The NAIA will track all of the First Round, Second Round, Quarterfinals, and Semifinals results on NAIA.org. Please note that if you have a Presto site the schedule will show what we have posted on our website.

- FCS Official Title (First Reference) – 2024 NAIA Football National Championship Series
- PrestoStats – The host institution is in charge of setting up the FCS games in Presto. Please include live stream and ticket links in the Presto event that you set up. PrestoStats Login CLICK HERE.
- Postseason Roster – Make sure you or your head coach fills out the official postseason roster in SIDHelp. This is required by the NAIA.
- Participating teams are limited to a maximum number of 57 players in uniform. Replacements are permitted from among eligible student-athletes, up to the time of the pre-game meeting, which is held the evening before the game.
- No replacements shall be permitted after the pre-game meeting, except under emergency conditions. Emergency replacements should be made no later than one hour prior to game time and must be approved by the NAIA Game Administrator.
- The number of student-athletes in football uniform shall not exceed the maximum number at the start of the contest. Failure to comply with squad limitation (57 eligible players in uniform) will result in forfeiture of the game to the opposing institution.

- Broadcast Rights – All broadcasts have a rights fee. For FCS games only, all fees should be made payable to the host institution and given to the on-site Media Coordinator. For a complete listing of the NAIA’s broadcast rights fees, CLICK HERE.

- Photography - The hosts of each FCS contest is responsible for providing photography. After the event, host should send five hi-resolution photos to Jeff Melton at the NAIA (jmelton@naia.org)
- Schedule & Streaming Links
- Media Credentials - Media credentials for FCS games should be acquired directly from the host media coordinator.
- Tickets - Admission to First Round, Secon Round, Quarterfinal, and Semifinal events are purchased from host institution.

- Edits to Statistics - If a team wants to make edits to championship game statistics, edits must be approved by NAIA Athletics Communications. Please contact Jeff Melton (jmelton@naia.org).
- Broadcast Rights – At the final site event in Durham, no school is allowed to produce a live video stream. The NAIA owns the rights to this and is producing the official championship video production on the NAIA Network and ESPN3 for the championship. Radio is allowed and a broadcast rights fee should be paid to the national office.

- Media Credential Applications - Applications will close 72 hours before the event starts. It is acceptable to apply for and not need a credential if you are not sure if you will be attending the event or not that far in advance.
- Photography - Andy Mead of Andy Mead Photography (andy@ycjphoto.com) will be the NAIA's official photographer for the event. If you wish to get photos, please contact him directly.
