NAIA and Stretch Internet Announce 2015 Spring National Championships Schedule

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – (Subscribe to live video streaming) The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and Stretch Internet have announced the video-streaming schedule for the 2015 Spring NAIA National Championships on the NAIA Network at www.NAIANetwork.com. There will be nearly 35 baseball and softball games, over 60 hours of Olympic-style sporting action and daily video recaps from the NAIA Men’s & Women’s Tennis National Championships and the NAIA Men’s Golf National Championships available for the fan to watch. The women’s golf national championships begin the spring line-up with a live, free stream of action at the No. 1 tee box and the No. 18 green. In addition, live coaches’ and players’ interviews along with commentary will be highlighted during the May 12-15 event.
Daily video recap shows will be available for the men’s and women’s tennis national championships (May 12-16) and the men’s golf national championships (May 19-22). Those events will be free to watch.
Fans can watch about 22 hours of live action at the outdoor track and field national championship from May 21-23. The stream will feature a four-channel feed for the fan to watch separately track events, and field events that include the pole vault, long jump, high jump and throws.
Starting May 22, the Avista-NAIA Baseball World Series and the NAIA Softball World Series, Presented by Security National Bank and Morningside College will be streamed live. There will be multiple cameras capturing all 19 games at softball and the first 15 games at baseball. The baseball semifinals and championship finals will be aired on ESPN3. The NAIA Network had 80,000 views during the course of the 2013-14 academic year across 15 NAIA National Championships. This platform is dedicated to showcasing all video-related content for the Association, member conferences and institutions – more than 10,000 live and on-demand events this year. The NAIA Network will feature live statistics, game archives and high-definition video-streaming available on mobile devices, tablets and laptops.
