2023 NAIA Men's Soccer Championship Qualifier Information
Congratulations on a successful season! Once your team qualifies for the 2023 NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championship, please see below for some helpful information for the First and Second Rounds and the Final Site.
We are here to partner with you and your school in the publicity efforts. The NAIA will track all of the First and second Round results on NAIA.org. Please note that if you have a Presto site the schedule will show what we have posted on our website.

- Postseason roster may be updated until 30 minutes prior to first game in each round. Above due date is for championship program only.

- PrestoStats – The host institution is in charge of setting up the First & Second Round matches in Presto. Please include live stream and ticket links in the Presto event that you set up. PrestoStats Login CLICK HERE.
- Postseason Roster – Make sure you or your head coach fills out the official postseason roster in SIDHelp. This is required by the NAIA.
- As conference tournaments are a part of the official NAIA postseason, postseason rosters should be submitted prior to the first game of conference tournaments
- Changes to the postseason roster MAY NOT be made once the CONFERENCE TOURNAMENT has begun, but CAN be made BETWEEN the conference tournament and national championship play. If changes are made, PLEASE inform NAIA Athletics Communications Manager Jeff Melton (jmelton@naia.org) and NAIA Championship Manager Rick Daum (rdaum@naia.org) to ensure the correct roster is listed for the championship program.
- Final site rosters are due at the final site coaches' registration, BUT rosters will be pulled for use in the official championship program prior to Nov. 16. The individual completing the postseason roster will sign electronically.

- Broadcast Rights – All broadcasts have a rights fee. For First & Second Round only, all fees should be made payable to the host institution and given to the on-site Media Coordinator. For a complete listing of the NAIA’s broadcast rights fees, CLICK HERE.
- Social Media – Please use the hashtags “#NAIAMSoccer” and "BattleForTheRedBanner" for all Twitter/Facebook/Instagram content around the event and tag the NAIA
- Photography - The First and Second Round host is responsible for providing photography. After the event, hosts should send five hi-resolution photos to Jeff Melton at the NAIA (jmelton@naia.org)

- Media Credentials - Media credentials for First and Second Round events should be acquired directly from the host media coordinator.
- Tickets - Admission to First & Second Round events is purchased from host site.

- Prestostats - The NAIA will set up all games on the Prestostats network schedule. If you have a Presto site, please do not set up your own games, as they will show up once they are created by the national office.
- Edits to Statistics - If a team wants to make edits to game statistics during the national tournament, edits must be approved by NAIA Athletics Communications. Please contact Jeff Melton (jmelton@naia.org).
- Broadcast Rights – At the final site event in Wichita, no school is allowed to produce a live video stream. The NAIA owns the rights to this and is producing the official championship video production on the NAIA Network for all contests and ESPN3 for the championship. Should you decide to do a radio broadcast a rights fee should be paid to the national office.

- Media Credential Applications - Applications will close 72 hours before the event starts. It is acceptable to apply for and not need a credential if you are not sure if you will be attending the event or not that far in advance.
- Photography - Tony Shrock at GS Memory Maker (tony@gsmemorymaker.com ) will be the NAIA's official photographer for the event. If you wish to purchase photos, please contact him directly.
