2015-16 NAIA Men?s Swimming & Diving Coaches? Poll ? No. 3 (Feb. 24)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – SCAD Savannah (Ga.) regains control of the No. 1 position in the final regular-season edition of the 2015-16 NAIA Men’s Swimming & Diving Coaches’ Poll, the national office announced Thursday.

Top 25 Highlights (historical information dates back to 2002-03):
• SCAD Savannah (Ga.) earns the No. 1 position in the final regular-season poll, receiving 4-of-5 first-place votes and 63 total points.
• The Bees finished sixth out of eleven teams in their final meet of the season at the Bluegrass Mountain Championships in Rock Hill, S.C.
• Joel Ax, Tyler Prescott and Anton Arvidsson lead the way for the Bees in the Viking Classic, Jan. 22-23 in Mount Berry, Ga. Ax earned three wins in the 200 free, 200 individual medley and 1650 free, while Prescott added two wins to his list in the 200 back and 400 individual medley. Arvidsson picked up the final individual win in the 100 free.
• No. 2 Olivet Nazarene (Ill.) brought in the final first-place vote and 57 total points.
• The Tigers finished its regular season breaking a total of seven records in its last two meets, including senior Calvin Price setting two in the 100-yard breaststroke at the Perry Student Life and Recreation Center on Jan. 29 and 100 meter breaststroke at Lake Forest (Ill.) on Jan. 30.
• Olivet Nazarene finished fourth out of five teams in its final meet of the season in the Midwest Invitational in Chicago (Ill.).

Poll Methodology
• Top 10 team ratings will be compiled and voted on by the ratings committee and sent to the NAIA Sports Information Department by a Presidential committee.
• Top 10 team ratings are conducted by a committee of NAIA Swimming and Diving coaches three times during the season.
• The committee will use the most current “top times” as the primary source of ranking.
