Isaac Seltzer hit .508 on the Week for Attacker of the Week Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Isaac Seltzer of The Master’s (Calif.) is this week’s Men’s Volleyball Attacker of the Week after powering the Mustangs to a pair of straight-set victories. The senior opposite from Santa Ana, California, delivered a dominant all-around week, hitting .508 while piling up 36 kills across two matches and six sets.

Seltzer averaged 6.00 kills per set and was remarkably clean offensively, committing only six attack errors on 59 total swings. 

In the March 19 sweep of La Sierra (Calif.), Seltzer was nearly unstoppable, recording 21 kills on .543 hitting while adding seven digs and a block. He followed that performance on March 21 with 15 more kills in a road sweep at Hope International (Calif.), again hitting efficiently at .458 while contributing five digs and a block.

Beyond his work as a primary scorer, Seltzer impacted the match in multiple phases. He added six service aces on the week, consistently applying pressure from the end line, and finished with 12 digs and two total blocks.
