KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Eric Vermillion of Indiana Tech has been named the NAIA National Wrestler of the Week, the national office announced Wednesday. He was chosen based on his performances from Nov. 5-11.

Eric Vermillion, Indiana Tech

174 pounds, Fr.; Mason, Ohio

  • Vermillion took third place in the freshman/sophomore division at the Grand View Open
  • Collected 16 team points with a 5-1 record
  • Posted two wins over NCAA Division I opponents
