KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Brianna King of Montana Western was named as the NAIA Division I Women’s Basketball Player of the Week, announced the national office on Tuesday. King was selected based on her performances from January 15-21 and was chosen out of a pool of conference group winners.

• King led her team to an undefeated week with wins over then-No. 10 Carroll (Mont.) and then-No. 18 Rocky Mountain (Mont.)
• Weekly Stats
  • Totaled 45 points, 22.5 average
  • Totaled 10 rebounds, 5.0 average
  • Shot 0.333 percent (10-30) from the field and 0.828 percent (24-29) from the line
