2018-19 NAIA Division I Women's Basketball Player of the Week ? No. 8 (Feb. 5)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Courtney Christmas of Arizona Christian was named as the NAIA Division I Women’s Basketball player of the week, announced the national office on Tuesday. Christmas was chosen out of a pool of conference group winners.

  • Christmas posted her third double-double of the season against San Diego Christian (Calif.) (33 points, 12 rebounds). Against No. 8 Vanguard (Calif.), Christmas recorded a career-high of 39 points. The senior also recently surpassed 2,000 career points.
  • Weekly Stats
    • Totaled 72 points, 36 average
    • Totaled 20 rebounds, 10 average
    • Shot 24-of-50 (0.480) from the field
    • Added one assist, eight blocks, eight steals and a free throw average of 0.917 (22-of-24)
