SIOUX CITY, IOWA – (Box Score) No. 1 in the Liston Bracket, Saint Francis (Ill.) dominates over No. 8 Tennessee Wesleyan (86-56) as they advance to the second round of the 2016 NAIA Division II Women’s Basketball National Tournament in Sioux City, Iowa.

The 30-3 Cougars roared through the first half, holding the Bulldogs to 24 points and 8-of-32 from the field. Sophomore Kara Krolicki had a strong showing, shooting 12-of-22 with 29 points.
Mikayla Leyden also finished in double-digits with 19 points and pulling down 6 rebounds.

Tennessee Wesleyan finishes its season 17-10 coming off an Appalachian Athletic Conference tournament championship beating Montreat (N.C.) (72-58). The Bulldogs ended the game 21-of-58 from the field and had two players with double-digits, Hunter Simpson (19) and Jara Gasper (17).
