2024 NAIA Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field Qualifier Packet
Congratulations on a successful season! As a qualifier for the 2024 NAIA Men's or Women’s Indoor Track & Field Championships, please see below for some helpful information for the final site.

Qualifiers Announced: Multi events - February 19, by 5:30 p.m. CT | Remaining qualifiers - February 23, 10 a.m. CT on naia.org
- SUBMISSIONS NEEDED: If you have a student-athlete who falls into one or both of the below categories, please CLICK HERE to enter that information into the Google sheet for the broadcasters to be able to utilize during the broadcast.
- a unique story or fact about their career (a team note or fun fact would be acceptable as well)
- a name that is difficult to pronounce
- Final Site Official Title (First Reference) – Please refer to the national championship final site in Brookings, S.D., as the 2024 NAIA Men's and Women’s Indoor Track & Field Championships.

- Timing Link: Live timing will be provided by Dakota Timing. CLICK HERE to follow your team.
- Broadcast Rights – At the final site event in Brookings, no school is allowed to produce a live video stream. The NAIA owns the rights to this and is producing the official championship video production on the NAIA Network.

- Payment is strongly encouraged to be submitted via the payment portal above but can also be paid via check or cash and given to Katie Green on-site.
- Watch Live: The NAIA Network will host the live video feed for the event. Due to some events overlapping, there could be some events that are not fully streamed. Please help us to educate your coaches and fans. At this time, the only potential for overlap is between men's high jump and women's pole vault on day two and men's pole vault and women's high jump on day three.
- Purchase price for multiple channels during one day is $14.95.

- Media Credential Applications - Applications will close 72 hours before the event starts. It is acceptable to apply for and not need a credential if you are not sure if you will attend the event or not that far in advance.
- Credentials can be picked up at a separate table during packet pickup. Once the event has started, credentials can be picked up at the front gate.
- Credentials WILL NOT be included in team packets.

- Photography - Mike Black is the official photographer for the event and plans to provide his photos for free. https://blackstudios.pixieset.com/NAIA Mike and his team will do their best to capture as many student-athletes as possible but makes no guarantees that he will get all of them.
