NAIA Volleyball Weekly Honors Announced for Nov. 14th

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Verania Wills of California Baptist, Kali Angerman of Morningside (Iowa) and Tiffany Milburn of Mount Vernon Nazarene (Ohio.) have been selected as the NAIA Volleyball Player, Setter and Libero of the Week respectively for the week ending Sunday, November 11, 2007.

Willis, a senior outside hitter from San Jose, Costa Rica., helped California Baptist to two wins over ranked opponents last week.  She averaged 8.0 kills and 3.0 digs per game while recording 0.448 kill percentage during the week.  Willis recorded 35 kills and 13 digs against No. 4 Biola on the road.

Angerman, a junior setter from Sioux City, Iowa, helped Morningside to two wins over ranked opponents while averaging 15.33 assists last week.  She also added seven service aces and 3.17 digs per game.  Angerman recorded 48 assists and 11 digs against No. 14 Northwestern (Iowa).

Milburn, a senior libero from Centerburg, Ohio, helped Mount Vernon Nazarene (Ohio.) to four wins last week while averaging 5.14 digs per game and seven total service aces.  She helped the Lady Cougars to their first ever NAIA Region title and berth in the NAIA National Championship Tournament.
