After an amazing run throughout the championship, Georgetown falls to 1-5 all-time in the quarterfinals and closes the season with a 32-8 record.

Sophomore Penny Liu’s double-double of 25 kills and 11 digs lifted the Cougars over the Eagles in the back and forth battle. Columbia advances to face top-seeded Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 5th for a chance to head to the championship match.
