Men's Basketball Division II Top 25 Announced - #1

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.) remains at No. 1 in the first regular season National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Men's Basketball Division II Top 25 Coaches' Poll, announced today (Dec. 5). MidAmerica, who was tabbed with all 17 first-place votes, defeated Division I opponent Oklahoma City 88-83 back on Nov. 20.

Morningside (Iowa), who jumped 24 spots this time, sits at No. 2 with a perfect 9-0 mark. Walsh (Ohio) is next at No. 3 while Evangel (Mo.) and Embry-Riddle are at No. 4 and 5, respectively.

The second regular season Top 25 poll is scheduled to be released Dec. 12.
