NAIA to crown Women’s Soccer Champions at new home

After leading his team to their first-ever Red Banner in 2023, University of the Cumberlands head coach Steve Hamilton was named the 2023 Select Sport America NAIA Women’s Soccer Coach of the Year.

The 2023 NAIA Women’s Soccer All-America Team was announced on Monday as Mariangela Jimenez from William Carey (Miss.) was named the 2023 NAIA Player of the Year.

The University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) heads home with the 2023 NAIA Women’s Soccer National Championship title after defeating the top overall seed William Carey 3-2 in a penalty kick shootout.
