Athletics Directors Association

NAIA athletics directors play a vital role in shaping the student-athlete experience and the future of the association. Every NAIA athletics director is automatically a member of the Athletic Director Association (ADA), the official governance body that represents ADs across the NAIA. Through the ADA, athletics directors help guide policy, legislation, championships, and conference administration, ensuring their voices are reflected in association-wide decisions.

To further support professional growth, the ADA partners with NACDA to support the NAIA Athletic Directors Association (NAIA-ADA). Separate from the governance-focused ADA, the optional NAIA-ADA community membership through NACDA provides access to professional development, peer networking, leadership resources, and a dedicated mentoring program to help athletics directors thrive throughout their careers.
