The facility shall include all facilities and equipment necessary for flag football, including a downmarker, firstdown marker, and endzone pilons for one field, locker rooms, adequate spectator seating of 500, lights, electronic scoreboards, press box area, concession stands, restrooms, meeting rooms, box office, parking lots, sound systems, signs, etc. |

Centralized property(s) capable of accommodating several meetings and an opening event for at least 225 people. |
