NAIA Partners with RIP-IT Sports in Volleyball and Softball Footwear Deal
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced it has come to an agreement with RIP-IT Sports as its new ‘Official Shoe’ for NAIA Women’s Volleyball and ‘Official Cleat’ for NAIA Softball. The initial term of the agreement will run through May of 2027.
RIP-IT Sports provides top-of-the-line footwear, along with other protective equipment, throughout all levels of sports. Their focus of elevating female performance will allow NAIA members to find footwear that will perform optimally for their student-athletes.
“We are excited to welcome RIP-IT as an NAIA partner," said NAIA President and CEO Jim Carr. "We believe our members will find great quality and value with their footwear products.”
Key features of the footwear:
Women’s Future Court Volleyball Shoe

- Features an ultra-light and flexible SpeedToe that is chemically bonded to provide extra protection for the player on the toe and sides of the Ringor Pro, which is great for pitchers and other players.
“We are thrilled to partner with the NAIA to continue fostering athletic excellence by providing innovative products for women competing at the collegiate level,” said Janelle Anderson, RIP-IT CEO. “Introducing our new volleyball and softball shoes is an exciting step in RIP-IT’s journey to provide the newest innovative footwear in sports, specifically for female athletes.
