Weather Postpones Completion of Oklahoma Baptist-Concordia World Series Game
LEWISTON, Idaho – Due to inclement weather and field conditions, Game 8 of the 2015 Avista-NAIA Baseball World Series featuring Oklahoma Baptist and Concordia (Calif.) has been postponed. The game will resume at the point of the interruption on Sunday at 1 p.m. PDT. The 59th annual event is being played out at Harris Field on the campus of Lewis-Clark State (Idaho)
Oklahoma Baptist leads the contest 1-0 with two outs in the bottom of the fourth inning. Bison third baseman Landon Coon will resume his second plate appearance of the game with a 1-0 count.
Gates for the game will open at 12 p.m. All tickets from Saturday will be honored.
