Noah Wathen Notches Seven-Inning Shutout, Earns Pitcher of the Week Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Noah Wathen of Indiana Wesleyan was tabbed as the NAIA Baseball Pitcher of the Week for the first time in his career after tossing a complete game shutout in seven innings while ringing up 16 batters. He gave up just four hits and allowed zero walks to pick up his third win of the season.

The junior's efforts on the mound lifted Indiana Wesleyan to the 1-0 victory over Goshen (Ind.). IWU won all four games of the series, improving to 17-11 on the year and 11-5 in conference play.

The Wildcats will travel to Marian (Ind.) this weekend, March 27-28, for a four-game series.
