Four Homers, 12 RBIs Lift Logan Arndt to NAIA Baseball Player of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo.- Logan Arndt of Kansas Wesleyan has been named the NAIA Baseball Player of the Week following a dynamic stretch at the plate last week.

Arndt entered the lineup and made an immediate impact across all five games. His strongest showing came in the Southwest (N.M.) series, where he recorded four hits, all home runs, and drove in 12 runs. He kept the momentum going against Evangel (Mo.), collecting at least one hit in each of the three games of the sweep.

For the week, Arndt hit .563 with an impressive 1.375 slugging percentage, helping the Coyotes open KCAC play with a 3-0 mark following the sweep over Evangel.

Kansas Wesleyan now sits at 9-1 overall and 3-0 in KCAC action. The Coyotes return to the field on Feb. 17 at 1 p.m. against Science and Arts (Okla.).
