KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Erin Sibbald, head coach of 2025 NAIA Competitive Dance National Champion Midland (Neb.), is the 2025 Nfinity NAIA Competitive Dance Coach of the Year, earning the award in back-to-back seasons after earning the nod, as well, in 2024.

Sibbald’s 2025 Midland team claimed the third Red Banner in school history for the Warriors, second-most all-time in the history of the championship.

In 2025, Sibbald’s All-America count doubled, coaching six All-Americans, in all, and four First-Team selections, and since taking the helm at Midland in 2022-23, she has coached 12 of the program’s 27 All-Americans.

The 2025 championship saw Midland finish with a final point total of 92.24, which is the fourth-best point total in championship history and Midland’s best in its nine trips to the event.
