Louisiana Christian's Kylon Polk Sets SAC Record With 4 INTs, Including Pick-6 to Claim Defensive Honor

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Louisiana Christian safety Kylon Polk broke a Sooner Athletic Conference record with four interceptions, one that went for 53 yards and a touchdown, earning NAIA Defensive Player of the Week.

Polk's patrolling of the secondary helped the Wildcats beat Arkansas Baptist 77-6. 

He finished the game with four tackles, including three solo stops.

Polk's interception return came late in the game, helping Louisiana Christian reach the 60-point barrier for the first time this season before two more scores got the Wildcats past 70 for the first time in 2025. 

Louisiana Christian is on the road to close the season this week, at No. 11 OUAZ (Ariz.), at 7 p.m. MT.
