Janiszewska, Aleksenko Sweep Season’s Final Swimming & Diving Awards for Keiser

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Isaiah Aleksendo and Natalia Janiszewska, from Keiser (Fla.), have swept the final NAIA Swimmer and Diver of the Week for the 2025-26 season, with dynamic individual performances at Barry on January 24.

Janiszewska, a freshman from Wroclaw, Poland, grabbed three first-place finishes and clocked a new personal best in her 50 Fly, a time that is just behind her current qualifying time of 23.18. Her 50 Back is the fastest in the NAIA by nearly a second and leads off the fastest 200 Medley Relay in the NAIA.

Janiszewska was in on two A Cuts and a B Cut in the event.

It was another strong outing for Aleksenko, a sophomore from Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, who won both of his individual events in the dual meet against Barry. With plenty of events to choose from, Aleksenko went with the 100 Free and 200 IM, where he is currently fifth-fastest and second-fastest in the NAIA.

He hit NAIA B Cuts in both individual events and helped the Seahawks’ 200 Medley Relay to a B Cut as well.

Janiszewska and Aleksenko will both be in action this week, Thursday through Saturday, at The Sun Conference Championships in Ocala, Fla.
