KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Mason Lockhart of Johnson (Tenn.) was selected as the NAIA Men's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week, while Chaze Harris of Life (Ga.) was selected as the NAIA Men's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week. The duo was selected based on their performances from February 10-16 and were chosen from a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees. 

Players of the Week are announced on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram, and X throughout the regular season.

NAIA Men's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week

Mason Lockhart, Johnson (Tenn.) - JR - Forward

• Lockhart had the hot hand in the Royals' two road games.
• Over the two games, he shot 62.8% from the floor, 50% from deep, and 75% at the charity stripe.
• He recorded a total of 67 points, averaging 33.5 points per game.

NAIA Men's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week

Chaze Harris, Life (Ga.) - JR - Guard

• Harris was a critical part of the Running Eagles ' road wins last week.
• Over those two games, he secured eight total boards per game, seven of them coming on the defensive end of the floor.
• He also protected the rim well averaging a block per game and with quick hands secured a total of 14 steals.
