NAIA Division II Men's Basketball National Player of the Week ? No. 8
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Cameron Hunt of Southwestern (Kan.) has been named the NAIA National Men's Basketball Div. II Player of the Week, the national office announced Tuesday. Hunt was selected over a pool of nominated players based on his play from Jan. 21-27.

- Cameron Hunt had an exceptional week all-around, helping the Builders go 3-0. He became Southwestern's all-time leading scorer with his 30-point effort at Kansas Wesleyan. Hunt followed up that performance with a 40-point game in under 25 minutes in the team's blowout win vs. McPherson (Kan.), going 6-6 from 3-point range. In the team's 84-82 overtime win over Friends (Kan.), Hunt hit the buzzer-beating shot in OT to win the game. He also hit the game-tying shot in regulation to force overtime with just over 20 seconds remaining.
