KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Nick Sheaffer of the Webber International (Fla.) Warriors didn't skip a beat to open 2026 as he rocketed 13 shots on frame with eight of them finding the back of the cage to earn NAIA Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week Honors.

In a 19-4 win over Columbia (S.C.), Sheaffer was locked in, putting up nine points after an eight-goal and one-assist performance. He also added a groundball and caused turnover to his stat sheet as well, while putting 13-of-15 shots on frame.

Sheaffer and company will travel to Memphis, Tenn., for a neutral site matchup against William Penn (Iowa) on Friday, Feb. 27. The Warriors and Statement will take the field under the lights for a 7 p.m. CT faceoff.
