KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Keiser (Fla.) sits at No. 1 heading into the off-season after winning back-to-back NAIA Men's Lacrosse National Championships, securing all six first-place votes. Madonna (Mich.), the 2026 men's lacrosse runner-up, sits at second, while SCAD Savannah (Ga.) finishes the season at third.
William Penn (Iowa) was the big mover after qualifying for the NAIA Men's Lacrosse Semifinals, up four spots to No. 4 after closing the regular season at No. 8.
